Vodacom is cheating and making money

On Jan2017,we received a first parcel (2 products inside) from Vodacom without our permit,and we went to the dealer in the area but no one told us what was happened,on May2017 we received second parcel(2 new cellphones inside) from Vodacom without our permit,no Vodacom officer phoned us and told us what was happen,on Jun2017 we received third parcel(2 new cellphones inside) and we still did not know what was happen.Untill last money we checked my wife 's bank statement,and knew Vodacom added 3 new contract into my wife' old contract and have getting about R800 per month since they sent us those 3 parcels.Last month we had to go to Vodacom head office to cancel those 3 contracts ,but their officer only wrote the message in their system and say some one will sort this problem out,but almost 3 weeks gone and no one contact us,and phone the number which they gave us many times and nobody know our case and nobody want to help,and always said still busy in the system,the next debit order is going through and we can not wait forever,we are very angry with Vodacom is cheating money!
