It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. As per discussion on 2024/11/04 at 15:29:36 we have converted *** to prepaid effective 30 November 2024 (you may continue using your allocations for the rest of the month) and we have cancelled *** with immediate effect.
Do note once the conversion to prepaid has come into effect do recharge within 48 hours of conversion.
Note our Prepaid Inactivity Rule:
Please note that all prepaid sim cards on the Vodacom network is governed by an inactivity rule. This means that when a prepaid sim card has been inactive for a period of 110 consecutive days, that number will be deleted. Activity is defined as: - Making or receiving calls, SMS, GPRS, etc. - This includes calls to voicemail and the recharge service - And excludes calls to 111, 114, 1082, 155, 112 (emergency service) Regards
