Vodacom is charging me for data that i did not use

The following ********** activities had been happening on my number:

R 333.74 was deducted from my bank account by Vodacom in July 2016. I have only authorised Vodacom to deduct only R 109 as per month to month contract for @ gig day time and night owl megabytes . I had put a voluntary call limit of R 100 in the event that exhaust my 2 gigs of which is very unlikely to happen. I had also asked Vodacom to send me the sms notifications in the event that I am about to reach my limit but that never happened. I had asked them to send it to my cell phone number: ********** 702.

Vodacom later sent me an invoice of R 3,237.6 in the month of August 2016. I refused to pay and logged a call for investigation. Vodacom investigated this and they later send me another invoice stating that it was a system error and i now owe them R 987.03. They say that if i dont pay this they will report me at the Credit Bureau.

Vodacom want to list me at the Credit Bereau for the data that i did not use. Is this fair?

I have logged a call for an investigation. The call reference number is T – ********** 5030. I have been informed by the call centre agent that the investigator will contact me. But I still have not received any call.

Regards
