Vodacom is causing an inconvinience for customers!

Vodacom refuses to give me proof that I have ported my number to their network in 2014 and my number has been active with their network since then, they tell me to go to a Vodacom store but when I did a port I didn’t go to no Vodacom store, I did it with them telephonically, so how possible is it that they claim they don’t have my details, I mean it’s an inconvenience, I am making a claim on my phone and they refuse to pay to cause I need to provide them with that proof that this number is no more on MTN, it will take me weeks to manage to go to their so called stores that are always full, I spend more than 2 hours queuing to get help whenever I go there anyway, I work on weekends and have rough schedule so can’t be that easy for me to reach their store, make a plan Vodacom, it was easy to port in, please make it easy to also obtain that proof of the port!
