Vodacom is by far the worst!!!

The agents at Vodacom do not understand what they are doing. Each person you speak to has a different understanding of what can and can't be done. I can never get the same response or advice from each person because each of them have a different understanding of the service they provide. I wish I could cancel this contract!!! Incompetence is unbelievable!!
