Vodacom is bull****!!!!! Im so ****ed off

Canceling a cell phone contract with vodacom is a nightmare, i called them many times they take me post to post as if I don't have anything better to do with my time, my account was paid up i been with vodacom for many years n was paying my account on time but now when i decide not to renew my contract they gave me a ****ty service. The last person i spoke to confirmed that the account was closed , now im surprised to get a sms that my acc is in arrears, which account exactly??????? The one i cancelled or i have a new account that i opened in my dreams maybe???
