Vodacom is breaching contact

On the 28th of November I took my phone to Vodacom Repair Center in Menlyn. The phone was not charging. It is less than a year old and due to the fact it is an iPhone, the gentleman who helped me said that it will be replaced as they dont fix iPhones. I was informed I would be able to pick it up today. He also stipulated on the repaid form that there was no physical damage to the phone.

Last week I got a phone call with a quote. Obviously I was confused so I phoned the store and the manager said he would investigate ( this was after phoning the advanced repair center and customer care) I keep phoning and no one can help me. I have phoned customer care as well.

Surely if I keep up my side of the contract, vodacom should keep up theirs? Do I report vodacom to ICASA for breach of contract?
