Vodacom is biggest ******* with Data and Airtime

Worst service provider I have ever received from My Vodacom app to calling customer service. App keeps kicking one out, billing system is upto **** takes your airtime even though you not making calls or data dissappearing when I have wifi. I suffer from motor neuron disease (Physical Dissability). I can't always get on my feet to walk let alone get to a vodacom shop and still the problem can't be resolved even at there stores.
