I ported my no. from Vodacom to Cell C a year ago, in March 2016 and I am still recieving Vodacom accounts.

During the number port process they create a "ghost no." which is now still active. I have tried several times to sort this problem out, however, the last time I was in contact with a consultant, Katherine Jones (who has been very helpful in trying to sort the problem out, she told me the system is not allowing the account to be deleted. They managed to credit my account so I am still in a positive balance for now, however, every month my account gets debited another R1,028 and soon I am going to be in arrears again.

How can a company the size of Vodacom not sort a simple proble like this out. I have wasted, several hours speaking to their useless accounts departement, and shunted from department to department. I have sent countless emails etc. and this problem just does not go away.

Do I hjust let my account go into arears now and wait until I am blacklisted and have to go to couts??? I have never been so frustrated about any service in my life before, beyond useless.
