Vodacom is best when it comes to the worst customer service.

I have lodged a complaint less than a month ago because Vodacom staff misinformed me about the porting process. Having had issues with the store repeatedly over the span of almost 20 years, I vowed to never use Vodacom. However they had a great deal on a Z Flip. But the experience with them has been very bad. Staff handling the calls are so rude. I've requested to cancel my contract the very next day after receiving the phone. Nothing happened until I lodged a complaint. I was the called by the person dealing with complaints and was told that the department responsible for cancelations would call me. However, my true caller blocked them as spam. So I called in numerous times to advise them. I've now canceled this contract maybe 5 times. The last time I called in, I was told they'll do me a favor in accepting the cancelation as it's been more than the 14 days cool off period... You are doing me a favor? Wow Vodacom. So I am still waiting for the phone to be collected. I vow to never in my life use Vodacom ever again. Even if they have the best prices. I've resorted now again to lodge a complaint because calling them is useless. I get transferred from department to department, and the staff has no clue what they are doing. I even asked for proof that I requested cancelation, and they couldn't even provide me a reference number.
