Vodacom is becoming pathetic!!!!!!!!

I've called Vodacom solutions again and yet no positive answers. They have people working for them who are ***** and have no clue what they're doing . Vodacom is greedy and *****s one's money but deliver nothing!!!!!!!!

Did a simswop on Friday. I waited till Saturday and the simswop wasn't processed. Customer care called me on Saturday gave me 3-24 hours. Nothing happened. Solutions called yesterday and gave me again the same timeframe. I called now and once again the same timeframe.

I would like to know who is messing with my account because not once did I ever remove my sim card for it to just lose signal in the first place.
