Vodacom is bad

Never go with Vodacom fibre,better yet don't go with them at all. Yesterday our network went down in the middle of the day. We called them and told them our network is off so they said the debit order went off but said insufficient funds we started on 100mb upload and 100mb download it was R499 so when the promotion ended we downgraded to a 50mb upload and 50mb download and went on with no problems and as then yesterday 26 August 2026 they switched it off so we called them, and we told them the amount was R499 we downgraded so she said no they don't have anything like that on their system. So we did tell her go listen to your recordings. So now they want to take so much money after downgraded to a smaller package. They are terrible they don't know what they are doing take all the bad reviews advice DO NOT SUPPORT VODACOM let them close down
