Vodacom is bad and are lyers

Vodacom is liers and they do not provide good customer service.I paid insurance on my cellphone for 2 years and they refuse to process my claim.I am calling the numbers to stop my contract but no one answers the numbers.They are fast to invoice you as a customer but when service is needed they do not even try to help.They even **** by saying that the problem I have was discussed with me.Vodacom you are pathetic and are the biggest bunch of assholes ever.Please all future customers stay away from Vodacom.They are expensive and there is no customer service.....Take your bussiness to Telkom.......much more value for money
