Vodacom is always offline and their rude employees

I had airtime and almost a 1 GIG of data on my phone, between 9:30pm and 11:30 pm all airtime and data was gone. I then called vodacom to assist me but they said they couldn't assist. What is the point of them having a customer support help line if they can't assist their customers. To top it all the guy who was assisting me was very rude and unprofessional.
