Vodacom is absolutely useless.

Vodacoms service is absolutely unacceptable. Their invoices and statements do not match. They have been charging for services I did not sign up for. The staff in the store to not understand the accounts aspects of the business. They are impossible to get hold of to sort put issues. If they do not sort this out, I will be cancelling everything I have with them. Including 4 cell phones and WiFi. Absolutely disgraceful towards loyal customers.
