Vodacom is absolutely pathetic!

Funny how I received a snotty sms from vodacom saying they've "tried 3 times to get a hold of me" when I answer their calls I hear the agent on the other side and they immediately put down on me? How's that trying to get a hold of me? Over the past 2 days I've spent over 2 hours on hold until an agent decides they want to answer and then I get the phone put down in my ear again? This is pathetic, even if you're experiencing high call volumes, this is seriously starting to reach I high level of frustration!
