Vodacom is a waste of time

Had a complaint about the bad service from vodacom and vodashop a week ago..received a call from Lee-Roy from their customer service side telling me it is all sorted and appoved!!! I can choose whatever I want<br> <br> Went back today , spent nearly 2 hours in the shop \waiting\" for approval and everytime I am told 5-15 minutes<br> <br> Vodocom/Vodashop and Lee-Roy you are incompetant!!!!! , if you think we can just sit and wait for hours you are mistaken!! I am done with vodacom"
