Vodacom is a useless establishment that does not care about its customers

I have been trying to do a sim swap for the longest time and because they claim because of security reasons i need to physically go to vodacom. Only to find i cannot access any of banking apps or receive sms, and that time my accounts are being raided by real ****mers. I would never recommend anyone deal with Vodacom. I have been a customer for over 20 years but I get treated like nothing. Thanks for nothing
