Vodacom is a Stuck on you network with extremely poor service

I bought a router on contract from vodacom and there is no towers in my area and no one checked for coverage. I have been calling vodacom begging them to stop taking my money and cancel the contract but I hav been struggling for 4 months just to get help because I am not being served. I don't even know how many people I spoke to regarding this. I will never buy any vodacom products in my life. It has been the worst experience ever. Vodacom only care about money but they don't care about their customers. If you buy their products then they will be stuck on you cause when you have problems, they will take forever to resolve them. Extremely poor service from vodacom.
