VODACOM IS A SICK JOKE!!!

Last night at 18.41 I received confirmation of contract cancellation and below is the exact message. "We have received your request to convert *** to pre-paid. It has been logged and will take effect on 2024-01-22 11:12:45. Please note that any outstanding usage costs will be billed in the next month's billing cycle.

We recommend you use any remaining minutes and data before this date as it will be lost during conversion to prepaid". My question is, how do I make sure to utilise any airtime I have before the 22nd when I received a notification on the 24th?

Unsurprisingly, when I woke up this morning my R400 airtime was gone. So they'll still bill the usage costs by monthend but my airtime was cut before month end, so what will I be paying for then?

The problem is that you are not listening to my question. How was i supposed to utilise all my airtime when the cancellation was done two days before i was told about it? You told me on the 24th that you had cancelled on the 22nd,,but you still advise that i use all my airtime before the 22nd...how on earth is that possible?
