Vodacom is a shambles

WIth my ex wife passing away in August 2023, my daughter whose phone was linked to her account has tried for 2 months to get her phone sorted out and Vodacom dont respond or dont read the emails and even the stores are clueless

Its a very poor show

Still no working and my daughter goes to the Vodacom store and phone works for a while then its off, she cannot make or receive calls
