Vodacom is a ****! ************!!

I took a contract with Vodacom 2 years ago. I called them for cancellation as the 24month period has exhausted. They claimed that they've been trying to call me but couldn't get hold of me, i gave them my second number. It's been weeks now I've been waiting. When I try to call them, this one one puts me through this one, and that one also tells me that this is an incorrect department. Their call center is below poor. Funny enough, my account was debited this month successfully, but when I call them it's always unsuccessful.

Vodacom is ************
