Vodacom is a **** of a company with rude employees

A month later of writing a complaint on hello peter Vodacom hasn’t rep**** me no one has sent me a WhatsApp nor have I received a call. I paid up my contract in Nov 2020 till today its still shows as an active account on my ITC Vodacom is a **** they hire ********** to be their employees! They don’t know what is customer service their communication platforms are worse! Not even their managers reply their emails I’ve spoken to so many managers and call center agents till today they don’t care. What a bull **** company I would never recommend Vodacom to my worst enemy
