Vodacom is a ****!

We had a contract with Vodacom that was ending in August, the lady called with regards to the status of the contract and asked if we'd like to renew it or not.. We told her no. We'd like to have it canceled so by the time the expiration date of the contract ends, the following month we won't be paying for it. The lady confirmed over the phone that she had in fact canceled it only to find that the contract wasn't canceled but renewed instead. Vodacom is a ****. Now they're sending us from pillar to post with regards to canceling the whole thing!
