Vodacom is a ****!!!!!!

I was called by a Vodacom clerk in June who asked me if I tried opening a contract and I told this person that I didn't. Turns out someone is out there using my ID and I told this clerk and yet here I am, 3 months later, being debited for a contract I know absolutely nothing about!! These customers are all ****, how in the world do you get to debit us without authorization and just an ID copy! I am livid. I have never opened an account with Vodacom and I'll make sure I never ever do because of this horrid experience!
