Vodacom is a **** be careful

Vodacom is a ****, I won't recommend anyone to use vodacom services. I had a contract with vodacom from 2018/07/01 and it was supposed to expire on 2020/06/30 and my account was on arrears and I paid R600 two weeks back to settle my outstanding balance. Today I call cancelation department to cancel the contract, to my surprise they extend my contract with 5 months without my knowledge and currently I not working. The sad part I never received any benefits for the contract. I demand answers to why they practice ******* activities. I never see a contract that can run for 29 months, never. That's pure crime, day light *******.
