Vodacom is a **** and service is pathetic
I have been struggling to cancel my contract since 2019. My number and all has been blocked cant recieve calls or make any. I am very disappointed with the service received from Vodacom. I get transferred to two departments every time and both say the same. I would recommend if you are with Vodacom get out now or if you planning on joining Vodacom DON'T. They are ******* and the client service is pathetic.
