Vodacom is a **** and *****

I recently took another contract with vodacom where i get R175.00 per month as a top up, everyday I buy all networks 60 minutes for R7 but I do not finish those minutes however Vodacom charges me over R20 everyday yet I have not subscribed to anything. When I try to contact their customer care line the machine keeps on telling about their high call volumes and i hold for a consultant until it cuts itself.
