Vodacom is a ****

Vodacom disappointed me I bought a phone online by cash on the 3th February 2023 delivery was attempted and because I was not at home to receive RAM Guy said they are not allowed to give a device to anyone else except me on the same day Feb RAM company informed me that they they sent a device back to Vodacom .I awaited for Vodacom to inform me that they have received device and get a refund. I called them many times on this number ***4 as indicated on the invoice for query they said they deal with contracts only not prepaid or cash advise me to call AfterSale, again AfterSale said I must call online no one want to take responsibility to pay money back.
