Vodacom is a ****

Vodacom there is so much i want to say. I see the reviews and its pathetic.. I wish.. I read all the reviews before i purchased a contract with you which, will be my last one. Today i went to pay my whole contract amount (vodacom sasolburg) and not only is the staff useless, oh let me clarify. Standing in the row the lady working there let her friend push in so they can have a chat and while having a chat with her she was rudely talking to me, saying i must call vodacom myself. I really had a struggle and asked another staff member who really tried. She then asked another staff member to help because she struggled and that staff member ate over her with crumbs falling on the others chest, mind covid! Okay so that staff member was useless the one who tried helping us called another staff member who was busy sleeping on the counter wow okay so she didnt want to help and the the one who was currently helping us told us to call customer services and sit somewhere else so she can help someone else...... My husband told me the people coming in also complained because they dont know how to do a simple sim swap or fix a blocked number..... People were complaining why were they there... Anyway when WE(at our home) got a hold of customer services the lady said it doesnt help canceling our contract we should just pay the phones including the contract which is really useless because we dont use those contract numbers, and she said vodacom is difficult helping people canceling their contract, how ***** is that? Make sense for all the struggle. Im so disappointed in the service im speechless...
