Vodacom is a ****!
Entering the 4th week, still no success from Vodacom resolving my query, I have received no contact from them, no follow up, no refund of my funds from them.
Painful part, is that they have my money with them, and the data I bought is with them as well, so its them beneffiting at the end. I'm just a one of thousands of people experiencing the same issue woth Vodacom, and its a pity nothing is done about it.
