Vodacom is a ****
Took out a contract in 2020 and was suppose to end in sometime in 2022 when I checked my statement I realized that I've actually paid Vodacom more than they deserve, I decided to call their call centre was I not made a joke call was transferred to several people and the last one advised She can't help and will call back over a week later I'm still waiting for the call or feed back this company deserves to be closed they just don't know customer service

29 Sept 2022, 09:47Wow Vodacom customer service sucks I spoke to Randal Cairncross who adv I'm Not an Important client to Vodacom basically told me to go to hell, after spending so much money and so many years with Vodacom, I have never felt so let down by a company. Then this guy says I has the audacity to tell me that I my Query doesn't matter. This company is the pits of hell I don't want to lie and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I am annoyed with Vodacom
