vodacom is a ****
i urge everyone not to take a contract with Vodacom its not gona end well. Vodacom is a **** and Customer care service is useless, they put you on hold for 15min after that you get transferred to a wrong department. I regret why I signed up with them in the first place.
I took up a 24months contract with Vodacom 2yrs ago, the contract ended on the 24 September 2020. but I am told I need to cancel it how so ? why am I suppose to cancel something ended already ??? now if I cancel they gone give me another 30days waiting period for the cancellation to be effective and they will still deduct my account how is that Fair ?? this is the worst service I have ever expected from a network calls its self a number one provider in the Country.
Vodacom is making money by charging people *******ly, this has to reported ICASA we cant be ********** by this provider.
I want to advice you that no problem have been resolved here,
your consultant called and told me it will be cancelled this months but its not .
why are you guys infringing my rights, I have served my notice but however you refusing to cancel this contract ended 3months ago ?
I'm considering taking legal actions now coz you don't have any reason/rights to act against my will on my account. This is bull**** unacceptable.
you all *****, I asked your Agent to send me a confirmation for cancellation and he didn't simply because he didn't cancel this contract. I didn't know taking up a contract with Vodacom was a curse. I regret it.
