Vodacom is a ****

Vodacom is the worst service provider ever. On the 15th of August they debited by account for a contract that was successfully cancelled about 2 to 3 months ago due to their worst after sale service. I called and requested a refund even today I'm still waiting for my money. I don't have petrol and they are keeping my money. Yesterday I called them, they haven't done anything about my case except logging a call. I want my money back, I don't owe you!
