I had a contract with Vodacom that I cancelled in 2019 as I didnt wanna upgrade and a couple of weeks ago I received a call from a debt collector telling me that I owe Vodacom R580.00.

On the 6 of November 2020 I I settled that account and now I've contacted Vodacom numerous times to send me the letter of settlement but no luck. I want to buy a house but I can't because of a contract I tried a number of times to cancel with Vodacom.
