Vodacom is a ****!!!!

I am sooo dissapointed with vodacom,after having a contract with them for 2 years. When my term was complete I called in to cancel the contract but 3 months later I was still getting debited. I tried Stopping it countless times eventually the closed the line. was told that my account would be credited, only to find out that I will have credit at vodacom to use. But this credit cannot even be used to purchase accessories or settle someone else's account. Therefore this is some sort of a trap for me to get another contract in order to be able to make use of this money, my money at that. Vodacom is a **** I tell you.
