VODACOM is a *******-VODACOM pay back the money
VODACOM is a *******.I had a contract with Vodacom ,at the end of my term I have a credit of R989.43 of which VODACOM refuses to pay me back. I sent my son to the VODACOM store in Pretoria and they told him straight that he must forget about them paying back the money. I called VODACOM on the 17 May 2022 to try and get them to pay my money they just gave me a reference number ***. I still haven't gotten a call back and I cant get through to them. In JUNE they sent me a statement that shows the credit but just refuse to pay it.
