Vodacom is a ******* and make it impossible to cancel a contract even though the 24 months has past!!!!

How is it possible that you cannot get a contract cancelled with this Useless company. Vodacom I have been trying to cancel for 2 weeks now and everytime I eventually do get through to a consultant the line either dies or they put the phone down. They try to make it as difficult as possible to cancel so you just keep paying. I am gatvol and what makes it worse is that I have 3 other contract with them and pay over R2000 to them but this is the service I receive. I will cancel all my contracts when they come to an end as I am sick of being ********** by Vodacom.
