Vodacom is a *******
I took out a Samsung note 9 contact on the 4th of October 2018, the spring catalog of vodacom said I will receive a free welcome pack delivered to me within 7 days. When I called to query this with Samsung, they advised that the special was only till the end of September and vodacom had wrongly advertised the deal. Now vodacom is not willing to honor this and this welcome pack was what made me make the decision of taking up the contract. I will never deal with vodacom again and I am cancelling all my contracts with them
