VODACOM IS A *******!

<p>SInce they took over my contract from Altech Autopage i've had nothing but problems. I get threatened and disconnected as it suites them. I have excessive data charges ontop of my contract allocated data, yet no one can explain what for??? My account is out of control and more than doubled every month when my actual usage has been a quarter of what it use to be. Their online service is useless, Ive been to different stores to query, then I get told they cant help I must call! When I try call i get either cut off, or nowhere as the automated service does not work correctly, yet I must just pay or else! iVE GONE AS FAR AS SWITHING MY PHONE OFF FOR ONE MONTH TO TEST IT, NO CHANGE!!!!! the next month I was using WI FI only of another service and still I have unexplainable excessive charges. This is unacceptable, VODACOM needs to wake up, come to the party and sort this b**ls*T out!!!!!</p>
