Vodacom is a piece of sh*t

Vodacom is a very awful place. Now that I have paid my bills I can't get my vodabucks due to them only allocating the vodabucks on the 13th of every month... ***? Since when? Always had everything updated within 72 hours of payment. Now I have had enough!!!! 0 rating! Minus rating. It has been more than a week since I have paid and they are full of excuses but quick to take your money!!! I app**** for a extra line a few times this past January and never had they phoned me back without having issues. Usually a 031 number phoning and as soon as I answer the phone then they hang up F*CK U VODACOM I've tried!
