Vodacom is a piece of ****

Hi I have been suffering with Vodacom they are useless with all my queries and they resolve none of them and blame you when they cant get hold of you.

1. No network at my house they cannot resolve until there network planning department decide to fix it so I must pay and wait. no other solutions were given this was in October and I was due for an upgrade and I told them I will not upgrade until the netwok is fixed. 2. A contract I was paying R299 for was bumped up to R899 as my 24 months had expired but no where in the upgrade contract was it stipulated that I would pay that after 24 months. 3. My insurance was actived and deactived for what reason only Vodacom would know so for the month of jan I was charged double insurance and to get hold of the insurance is near impossible as I have tried calling 5 times and been on hold for over 30 min before the line drops each time.

It has come to a point where I also want to burn Vodacomshops down and you must wait for there turn around times but when you need a contract or upgrade or payment its immediate.

Vodacom takes its customers for a joke you cannot get hold of the correct people because when you call all they can do is escalate and as a client you must wait till they decide to get off their ass and do it.

Once again all empty promises..... Ashwin called me and told me he would investigate and call me the next day that was yesterday??? I am still waiting. He also had the nerve to tell me I should move to a network that has signal at my house talk about customer service??? One lady Fay Gilbert did call me to help me. Vodacom gave me a once off gesture for a credit but after that I will be required to pay more than I was for the network they have not fixed which I feel is unfair to me as a customer... All Vodacom problems are becoming my problems and I am ending up paying for them. I logged the first network query in October 2018 and still nothing and I have logged another 2 after that. If Vodacom doesn't want to fix it I feel I should be refuned half of the 5 months subs they are welcome to cancel all my lines and I will gladly move to MTN as advised to.
