Vodacom is a nightmare!

Vodadom is absolutely useless!!!! I am at my wits end with their uselessness! I returned an unwanted device, with it’s sim card…sealed. Vodacom finally credits my account BUT do not cancel the account, therefore continue to debit the positive balance for a DEVICE and a SIMCARD. The amount is still not paid into my bank account as l have to wait for seven working days.
