VODACOM IS A ****!!!!!!!
Vodacom is the biggest **** of all. I had a contract with Vodacom which due to expire in 5 Aug 2024. In June 2024 I asked to settle the contract and paid it up. I asked their consultants to send me settlement letter and I never received it. July the invoiced me R800 because they did not close my Acc. Now I am being invoiced again for R700 for an account that was settled in Jun. They never sent the settlement letter. For 2 months now. VODACOM IS A ****!!!
