Vodacom is a money *****ing ****

Worst experience with Vodacom. They in money *****ing business. Bought a phone from Vodacom website. It was a once off purchase, no contracts. On successful payments, it said that I would receive a confirmation via email/sms upon payment confirmation. It has been more than 10 days, no SMS, no email. Money was debited from my account immediately.

Then 3 days ago I got an SMS saying that my order was cancelled, and I must contact customer support if it was done in order. Customer support does not have any view of my order. I have been calling them for the last week, no one is able to help me. Everyone keeps referring to another department. People at Vodacom store said that they can't help me and I must phone Vodacom head office, but no one picks up the phone ne at head office.
