Vodacom is a ****MER company stay away!!!

I got a contract in July for a set amount of lets say around R500 a month. Where then a month later I received a call from a “Rewards” company claiming they can upgrade my contract for a better price. I was conned into a contract, the lady assured me it wont cost a cent more. Got a bill for R800 that month

Phoned Vodacom and spoke to Xolile in the cancellation department and he assured me that it will be reversed to the original agreement and that it will be no issue.

Its been weeks and my bill has not updated.

Vodacom I’m telling you now I dont care about this phone. I will not pay that bill as your employee (Xolile) guaranteed me on a recorded line 31/10/2025 @09:49 that we will reverse the false promotion

I will fight this if I have to.

STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM. THEY WILL CON YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND USELESS
