Vodacom is a ****! Wat overpriced

I believe when Vodacom consultants sell u a contract they should do an analysis of ur call and data behaviour and advise u on the most suitable contract. I bought my phone at Festival Mall branch and none of this was done, I initially wanted to buy the most expensive package knowing that I love calling and the consultant advised me to buy smart M for R500+ and promised it should last me a month, this did not happen - airtime lasted about 5 days.<br> <br> I complained eventually on HP after many attempts to reduce costs with the contact centres (where they couldn't help, I was told to go back to the *********** shop at Festival Mall and the contact centre couldn't give me the shops number). Dominique (responds to HP complaints) then called me and now up sold a higher package of R800+ and guaranteed that based on my behaviour I should be able to call until the end of the month. To my surprise (n believe me I was not making too many calls) This Monday, 23rd airtime ran out.<br> <br> So I now look up their unlimited packages, they start from R1900+ while Cell C is R900+ and MTN around R1200- R1500. <br> <br> The surprising thing is I have another contract wit Voda for 500+ minutes I pay less than R200.******
