Vodacom is a ****

After I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years, I was recently treated like trash by Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom recently trying to cancel my contract but I was in hooror when I was advisee my contract expires 2023. In 2020 I enquired with Vodacom as to why I'm paying so much on my account, the lady I spoke to gave me an alternative package and assured me that it was not a contract or an upgrade , and I took the package as it was affordable to me and advised me my inital contract ends in January 2021, now when I phone in January trying to cancel the contract, that is when I became so surprised , I then realized that that lady I spoke to in 2020 actually **** to me , she actually put an upgrade on my contract and extended it to 2023. Why are companies taking so advantage of customers especially when you talk to them over the phone? This is madness and I want Vodacom to inveatigate every call I had with them from September 2020 towards October 2020 . They **** to me in order to keep me on a stupid contract I cannot afford. That really heartless
