Vodacom is a joke with a bunch of *****

Its the most annoying company to deal with. The agents are either retarded or just being stupid. They can't spell or even get an address right. At this stage i wanna cancel all of my contracts witg vodacom and move to another service provider. They make empty promises. I app**** for a new contract which were suppose to deliver yesterday. It wasnt done as the address were incorrect. Funny enough they delivered a package to me on 31 march 2021. Ram is waiting for a letter to confirm address abd vodacom is just refusing to send it. **** to me stating it was sent yesterday after I spoke to Ram. Im not able to go to ram to collect the package myself as no walk ins allowed. I really want to cancel all contracts and dont feel like dealing with *********** people anymore.
