Vodacom is a joke!!!
I would like to express my extreme disappointment in vodacom online. After successfully being approved for the online deal they offered it was cancelled with no reason. After calling the call center they said they will re- submit the application. I received an invoice quote and sms saying that the order will be dispatched once stock has arrived. When called again to find out the status of the application it has been declined, the deal is no longer offered and told to reapply in 90 days. No reason is given and nothing can be done to assist me. What is going on?

07 Dec 2021, 14:14After a few misunderstandings and miscommunication, I was assisted and and received what i have ordered. There is a vodacom agent named Jarrod(dont know his surname) but he was excellent. Like he was the only one who knew what to do out of the other 10 call center agents i spoke to. Jarrod I applaud you!
